Our purpose
Growth begins with feeling safe and understood.
The name Organic reflects a belief that children develop best when care feels personal, responsive and rooted in who they are. The agency recruits, trains and supports carers to provide stable family life for children placed by local authorities.
A central priority is matching children with carers able to understand and protect their identity. Culture, ethnicity, religion, language and community are considered alongside the full care plan—not treated as an afterthought.
